Have no idea what is happening. I have ran my Graphtec on USB for over 4 years, and never a problem. I have tried both the com 6 and com 7 and it is not communicating with plotter. Posted May 20, You will probably hear from me again. I thought it might be the cable, but after trying 3 cables and 1 Pc and 2 Laptops, the situation was clear – the USB port was not working. Having the same issue with mine.
